Odd Investment Group was founded in July 2026 by Yusef Mohomed and Michael Jackson as a partnership of members who pool their capital and their conviction. Every investment is approved by the Partners, recorded in the books, and held to a single standard of stewardship.
The Partnership exists to invest in approved ventures, support the company the Partners are establishing together, and keep every account open to the people who own it. Nothing hidden, nothing rushed.
Approved Investments
Partnership assets are invested only in opportunities approved by the Partners — every position recorded, every decision documented in the official minutes.
Business Ventures
The chapter supports the launch and disciplined growth of the company the Partners are building together, under the ODD INVESTMENT GROUP name and mark.
Pooled Capital
Members make monthly contributions credited to individual capital accounts, with no single account exceeding twenty percent of the Partnership's total capital.
Chapter Independence
The California Chapter maintains its own records, capital accounts, and assets — cooperating with other chapters only through written, approved agreements.

Admission
New Partners are admitted by unanimous consent of the existing Partners, up to a maximum of one hundred. Founding members hold a thirteen-month formation period before new membership is considered.
Contributions
Each Partner makes minimum monthly contributions approved by the Partnership, deposited into the Partnership account and credited to their capital account.
Profits & Losses
Net profits and losses flow to the Partners in proportion to the value of their capital accounts.
Transparency
Complete books of account are kept and open to any Partner on reasonable request. A full accounting is delivered at the Annual Meeting, with semi-annual audit committee review.
